System Manufacturer means an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), assembler, repairer or pre-installer of software who sells the Client System(s) to a third party.
Client System means a fully assembled computer system consisting of a CPU, motherboard, software The term Client System means a fully assembled computer system consisting of a CPU, motherboard, power supply, on-board memory, internal hard drive and enclosure.
The OEM license must be installed by a system manufacturer within 90 days of purchase of the client system.
The OEM licence is only valid on the first machine on which the product is installed. It is not transferable to another client system.
A major change in the configuration of the client system (e.g. change of motherboard) renders the license invalid.
Support for this product is provided solely by the system manufacturer.
Under no circumstances should this product be used as an upgrade license to an existing underlying Windows operating system, nor should it be used to legalize a non-genuine Windows operating system.
